Cooperate or register with Lio ClubX with your full consent only after reading each of the terms and conditions of the Lio ClubX Application very carefully, and convince yourself that you understand and agree.

1. 1. I agree to be solely responsible for any financial, social, psychological, or legal harm caused to me in the future as a result of my lack of personal knowledge about the Terms and Conditions of the Lio clubX or as a result of having associated with the Lio clubX by being intentionally or unintentionally misled by another consumer. I am self-convinced and understand that Lio clubX or Enterplex Digital Solutions LLP is not responsible in any way, and it is 100% my personal need and responsibility as a consumer to fully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
2. 2. I understand that an Indian citizen above the age of 18 years of good character can associate with Lio ClubX only with the approval of the Company.
3. 3. A smartphone is a must to use the Lio ClubX application. I am aware that a person with a valid PAN card, Aadhaar card, mobile phone number, email address, bank account, and UPI ID is only allowed to have multiple consumerships on the Lio ClubX Application. I am also aware that it is illegal to use these documents to give consumership to someone else.
4. 4. With the conviction that it is my social responsibility to help those in financial need in society, I am ready to provide unconditional direct financial help to the consumers who have registered and cooperated with Lio ClubX.
5. 5. I understand and agree that I am obligated to provide KYC information to Lio Club at the time of registering with Lio ClubX.
6. 6. I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for explaining precisely and clearly the concept of the Lio ClubX to others and associate more than two individuals who are in need of financial help and are willing to give direct financial help others on the platform, using my invitation link or Raffaral ID.
7. 7. I agree to provide direct financial assistance using my personally earned money to customers who have previously joined Lio ClubX.
8. 8. I recognize and understand that participating in personal development programs, various training programs, language improvement programs, travel programs, cultural programs etc. conducted by Lio ClubX is for my future good and commitment to society.
9. 9. Also I will be obliged to financially support the person who introduced me to the idea of Lio ClubX at various stages.
10. 10. Fully understand the concept and help existing members of the concept financially unconditionally and accept help from new members who are part of the concept and help up to 7 individuals.
11. 11. Here financial assistance is received from 254 people and financial assistance is given to 7 people.
12. 12. Application Registration Charges (ARC) and Application User Charge (AUC) will be provided to the company and the person who introduced the idea at various stages.
13. 13. By fully understanding the concept and using the referral link of members who are currently part of the concept, the person introducing the concept will earn sponsorship income from new members becoming part of the platform.
14. 14. I am personally ready to pay a total of 100/- ARC (Application Registration Charge) and 15000/- AUC (Application User Charge) in phases inclusive of 18% GST while receiving direct financial assistance at various stages/levels.
15. 15. I understand and agree that the amount paid to the Company will not be refunded to me.
16. 16. I understand and agree that Lio ClubX / Entreplex Digital Solutions LLP reserves the right to terminate any user of Lio ClubX if found to be engaging in criminal activities against the platform or the community.
17. 17. The Company reserves the right to terminate that person's customership and ban him from the Platform for life.
18. 18. I comprehensively understand and agree that, if the Lio ClubX/Company is convinced that I am promoting another idea or business using the contact information of other consumers I got from Lio Club, Lio ClubX/ Entreplex Digital Solutions LLP has full authority to revoke my consumership and remove me from the platform without further notice.
19. 19. If the company or the platform is convinced on the basis of evidence that the consumers on Lio ClubX has deliberately violated the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the Company/Lio ClubX, mislead other consumers or misrepresent the concept of the Lio ClubX
20. 20. I agree that, Company or the Platform shall have full authority and rights to transfer the Consumership as Punishment Transfer to another person without the consent of the consumer who has violated the above provisions.
21. 21. Once a consumer registers on the Lio ClubX and provides direct financial help to seven consumers, the platform provides the opportunity to receive direct financial help from other consumers. To achieve this, I must collaborate with the associated consumers. Within 30 days of registration, I am required to invite at least two consumers to join the Lio ClubX using my invitation link or Raffaral ID. If this is not possible, I may apply to the company to deactivate my consumership within 30 days of registration. I have read, understood, and hereby accept and agree that my consumership may be deactivated to ensure the smooth functioning of the Lio ClubX.
22. 22. I fully acknowledge that Lio ClubX/Entreplex Digital Solutions LLP has the right to transfer that customer's customership to someone else if a customer associated with Lio ClubX interferes with or refuses to cooperate with the activities of another customer or acts against Lio ClubX.
23. 23. The ARC (Application Registration Charge) and AUC (Application User Charge) payable to Lio ClubX and the amount of assistance I provide as financial assistance to customers at various stages will be paid personally and unconditionally, the above transaction will be UPI only (Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, Amazon Pay, WhatsApp Pay, etc.) Other modes of transactions like direct cash, DD, cheque, NEFT, cash deposit or bank account transfer are not allowed and I will be fully responsible for all losses incurred by me due to unauthorised transactions mentioned above.
24. 24. I personally hereby solemnly certify that I shall be solely responsible for all damages and legal proceedings that may arise if I act contrary to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and shall not involve Lio ClubX or Entreplex Digital Solutions LLP company in any legal issues.
25. 25. To ensure (confirm) receipt of financial help received directly from other consumers from the date of commencement of consumership on Lio ClubX, knowing that if I intentionally neglect or fail to receive help within 24 hours, it may cause obstacles for giving and receiving financial help and at times may threaten their life and livelihood. I hereby voluntarily certify and agree and grant Lio Club full authority and rights to transfer the consumership in my name to another person without my consent.
26. 26. I clearly understand that the unconditional direct financial help given by consumers on Lio ClubX shall be done only through UPI transactions which are part of 100% Digital India.
27. 27. Lio clubX or Enterplex Digital Solutions LLP Company's official social media such as Facebook page, Facebook group, YouTube channel, and Telegram groups created from the Company's official mobile numbers on a State as well as District basis consist of the officials of the company. The Platform takes sole responsibility for the announcements, promotions and statements made in these official groups. Lio clubX or Enterplex Digital Solutions LLP shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any announcements, promotions or statements made on social media by other consumers, individuals, or those who spread slander against the Platform.
28. 28. I acknowledge that it is my personal duty and responsibility to pay taxes, and I do it in order to support the growth of the Nation.
29. 29. I understand that Lio clubX or Enterplex Digital Solutions LLP company will personally take legal action against consumers / individuals who act against the Concept, honesty, transparency and Terms and Conditions of Lio ClubX.
30. 30. I consciously personally consent to provide my personal information like my Name, Mail ID, Mobile Number, UPI Id and Consumer Number to other consumers for receiving financial help directly from other consumers through LioClubX online helping platform.
31. 31. In Lio ClubX, women who are members are personally or socially insulted, interfered with or insulted through online media, such actions will be brought to the notice of Lio Club and forwarded to investigative agencies based on evidence. I understand that Enterplex Digital Solutions LLP has the authority to take legal action in this regard.
32. 32. Making relevant changes, amendments and additions to Lio ClubX governing rules, terms, conditions, guidelines and applications to improve the financial prosperity of customers or to improve Lio Club-related operations. I personally understand, acknowledge and agree that Enterplex Digital Solutions LLP reserves full rights and I am bound by the same.
33. 33. I have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions listed above and I hereby sign and confirm my agreement.
